What We Do

Dedicated to helping you relieve stress, reduce tension, manage pain and help you reach an overall sense of well-being. Since 1999, people just like you have come to our clean, quiet facility for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We work with each client on an individual basis to establish their specific needs and then meet those needs through a thorough and nurturing massage.

Upon Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be escorted to the change area, where you will be provided with a luxurious cloth, tower, and locker for your personal belongings. For all our treatments, you must complete a confidential case history form as it is important for the therapist to ensure that you are given the appropriate treatment.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for any of our wonderful treatments or in any monetary denomination you wish. We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificate; please keep them in a safe place. You must have the certificate when checking out after your services.

Reservations

We suggest that you book in advance in order to get your preferred choices. For your convenience, we have both male and female service providers. Unless you state personal preference when you book your appointment, we will schedule your appointment with either depending upon availability.

Relaxology Admission

We gladly welcome clients 16 years of age and older. Any guests under 16 need adult supervision in order to receive treatments.

Guarantee, Deposit and Cancellation Policy Individual Services

In order for us to offer the best service possible, we ask that you provide us with a credit card number to guarantee your booking. 24 hours cancellation notice is required.

Packages

Day Packages and 2 or more services booked at the Spa require a 25% payment at the time of booking (24 hour cancellation notice is required). This payment is non-refundable, but is transferable, if your need to change your booking before the 24 hours or the deposit is lost.

Groups

Require a 25% non-refundable deposit per person, 72 hours change or cancellation notice is required or full service cost will be billed. Deposit is required at time of booking.

For Group events, a 15% gratuity will be automatically added to the master account.

Other Important Notices

Please arrive at least 10 minutes (maximum 30 minutes) prior to your first treatment of the day. This early arrival will allow you ample time to complete the necessary case history forms on your first visit to our Centre, as well as allow you to enjoy the complimentary tea, coffee or juices that we offer.

If you would like to use our steam machine treatment, we ask that you can bring a bathing suit.

To add to the enjoyment of your day, and to help others enjoy their Spa Day as well, please turn off all cellular phones and pagers when you enter the treatment area.

Please let us know if we can help you be more comfortable during your visit, massage pressure, lighting, music volume, etc.

Please do not consume alcohol 2 hours prior to your treatment.
